Meeting Minutes
July 10, 2011
Pelham Fish & Game Club, Pelham, NH

The meeting was called to order at 11:45AM by Vice-President Dan Madden and recessed until 1:00PM.
Vice-President Madden reconvened the meeting and welcomed those present.
A moment of silence was observed for servicemen who have died serving our country, Richard Tingley, Jim Brooks, Bob Hackett’s mother and Arthur Corey.

Vice-President Madden thanked Pat-Trap for their generous support of the tournament and Sue Wright and Theresa Blaisdell for their continued superior work in selecting and awarding the trophies.

Mike Blaisdell spoke about the extensive flood damage at the Montpelier Gun Club. On behalf of Montpelier Gun Club, Dennis DeVaux accepted $1000 from Cheshire Fish and Game, $327 from auction participants, $400 from the NHTA to help with the recovery efforts. Jason Green pledged part of the shoot proceeds for help in reconstruction at MGC. Mr. DeVaux expressed an emotional thank you for the generous donations.
Jason Green, Clays Committee Chairman of Pelham Fish & Game, thanked those present for their support and gave a special thanks to Steve Szczechura and Phil Wright for helping make the shoot a success. Jason thanked the workers and especially the members of the Clays Committee for their hard work to make the shoot happen. Jason indicated that the clay target shooting area was being evaluated to see if there was any way to add shooting fields. There are many things to be considered but adding a field or two is the clubs goal.

Vice-President Madden recognized the 2011 State Team members and team pins were presented.

It was decided to hold the annual business meeting on the December 2, 2011 at Pelham Fish & Game.

The election of the ATA delegate and alternates was as follows:
Motion to nominate Phil Wright for delegate was made by Leo Lessard, seconded by Peter Tomaini. There being no further nominations, Vice-President Madden directed the Secretary to cast one vote in favor of the candidate.
Motion to nominate Steve Szczechura for 1st Alternate Delegate was made by Dave Abdinoor, seconded by Leo Lessard. There being no further nominations, Vice-President Madden directed the secretary to cast one vote in favor of the candidate.
Motion to nominate Peter Tomaini for 2nd Alternate Delegate was made by Jim Giarrusso, seconded by Steve Szczechura. There being no further nominations, Vice-President Madden directed the secretary to cast one vote in favor of the candidate.

Meeting was adjourned at 1:45pm.
