July 11^TH, 2010

Pelham Fish & Game, Pelham, NH

The meeting was called to order at 12:50p by NHTA President Bob Hackett.

	NHTA President Hackett called for the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance
	The 12/04/2010 minutes were read and unanimously accepted
	Old business discussed
	New Business discussed
	The members of NHTA 2010 State Team were recognized and presented appropriate pins
	Delegate Phil Wright advised the membership of ATA matters
	Delegate Election:

o Election of Delegates:

§ The election of the NHTA Delegates to the ATA went as follows:

§ Motion to nominate Phil Wright as NHTA Delegate was made and seconded. There being no further nominations, the president directed the Secretary to cast one vote.

§ Motion to nominate Steve Sczechura as 1^st Alternate Delegate was made and seconded. There being no further nominations, the president directed the Secretary to cast one vote.

§ Motion to nominate Pete Tomaini as 2^nd Alternate Delegate was made by Phil Wright. Tomaini declined the nomination with thanks and in turn nominated Buddy Hackett. There being no further nominations, the president directed the Secretary to cast one vote.

Phil Wright asked membership to consider the medical plight effecting JoAnn and Dave Burns family and asked members to donate according to their means.

There being no further items of business, the meeting was motioned to be adjourned and seconded and was unanimously agreed. Meeting adjourned.
