Meeting Minutes

July 11, 2004

Minute Man Sportsman’s Club, Billerica MA

The meeting was called to order at 11:45 AM by Dan Madden and recessed until 1:00 PM.

Dan Madden reconvened the meeting and welcomed those present. Dan thanked all of those who have helped with the State Shoot.

Dan recognized the 2004 State Team members and presented them with their team pins.

The election of the delegate and alternates was as follows:

*Motion to nominate Phil Wright for delegate was made by Loren Hardy, seconded by Chuck Devinne. Motion to nominate Steve Szczechura was made by Dave Laliberte and seconded by Leo Lassard. Motion to close the nominations was made by Doug Whitton and seconded by Loren Hardy. A secret ballot vote was conducted with Phil Wright the winner.

*Motion to nominate Mike Blaisdell for alternate delegate was made by Emile Rocheleau and seconded by Leo Lessard. Motion to nominate Steve Szczechura was made by Dave Laliberte and seconded by Bill Kittredge. Motion was made to close nominations by Loeren Hardy and seconded by Jeff Lafleur. A motion was made by Dennis Nadeau to present Steve Szczechura as the 1^st Alternate and Mike Blaisdell as the 2^nd Alternate, seconded by Loren Hardy. Passed U.

Phil Wright, ATA Delegate, updated the state on ATA matters including the relocation of the ATA grounds and the new target requirements for the 2005 Grand American Tournament.

Next meeting to be held in December of 2004 at Lone Pine Hunters Club, Hollis NH. The exact date will be specified in the meeting notice.

Meeting was adjourned at 1:50pm.
