Meeting Minutes

July 14, 2002

Pelham Fish and Game

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM by Dan Madden and recessed until 1:00 PM.

Dan Madden reconvened the meeting and welcomed those present.  Dan thanked those that helped with the state shoot.

A collection for the Jim Burns Memorial Junior Fund was conducted.

The election of the delegates and alternates was as follows:

*Motion to nominate Phil Wright for Delegate was made by Dan Madden and seconded by Leo Lessard.  Motion to close nominations was made by Loren Hardy, seconded by Mike Blaisdell.  It was unanimously voted to close nominations.  The President directed the secretary to cast one ballot for Phil Wright.

 *Motion to nominate Mike Blaisdell for 1^st Alternate Delegate was made by Emile Rochleau and seconded by Dave LaLiberte.  Motion to close the nominations was made by Kit Fox and seconded by Loren Hardy.  It was unanimously voted to close nominations.  The President directed the secretary to cast one ballot for Mike Blaisdell. 

*Motion to nominate Dan Madden for 1^st Alternate Delegate was made by Phil Wright and seconded by Dennis Nadeau Sr.  Motion to close the nominations was made by Loren Hardy and seconded by Leo Lessard.  It was unanimously voted to close nominations.  The President directed the secretary to cast one ballot for Dan Madden. 

The shell raffle winners were drawn.  Winners were requested to see Doug Whiton to pick up their shells. 

Dan Madden and Phil Wright made a presentation of State Team Pins for year 2000 and 2001. 

Phil Wright, ATA Delegate, updated the state on the move of the ATA Home Grounds.   

Mike Blaisdell made a brief presentation to Phil Wright on behalf of the NHTA members.  Thanking him for his hard work and dedication. 

A motion to adjourn was made by Fred Lewis, seconded by Lorn Hardy.  Passed Unanimously.
