Meeting Minutes
July 13, 2003
Minute Man
Sportsman’s Club, Billerica MA
The meeting was called to order at 11:45 AM by Dan Madden and
recessed until 1:00 PM.
Dan Madden reconvened the meeting and welcomed those present. Dan thanked those who helped with the state shoot.
The election of the delegate and alternates was as follows:
Motion to nominate Phil Wright for Delegate was made by Steve
Sechzeura and seconded by Leo Lessard. It was
unanimously voted to close nominations. The
President directed the secretary to cast one ballot for Phil Wright.
Motion to nominate Mike Blaisdell for 1st
Alternate Delegate was made by Jim Giraruso and seconded by Fred Lewis. It was unanimously voted to close nominations. The President directed the secretary to cast one
ballot for Mike Blaisdell.
Motion to nominate Dan Madden for 2nd Alternate
Delegate was made by Jim Giaruso and seconded by Fred Lewis.
It was unanimously voted to close nominations.
The President directed the secretary to cast one ballot for Dan Madden.
Ed Kelleher drew the winning names in the Lone Pine Hunters
Club legal defense fund raffle.
Dan Madden presented pins to the 2003 State Team members.
Phil Wright, ATA Delegate, updated the state on ATA matters
including the relocation of the ATA Home Grounds.
Dan Madden mentioned items to be discussed at the annual
meeting this December. Ed Kelleher offered
Lone Pine Hunters Club as the location for this meeting.
Dan took Ed’s offer under advisement.
Meeting was adjourned at 1:40 pm.
