DATE: December 2, 2000

PLACE: Pelham Fish & Game

TIME: 3:40 PM

The meeting was called to order by Vice President Doug Whiton and he called for the reading of the minutes of all meetings since the last annual meeting.

The minutes for the annual meeting held on November 21, 1999 and the meeting held during the state shoot on July 16, 2000 were read. A motion was made by Steve Szczechura and seconded by Leo Lessard to accept both sets of minutes. Passed U.

The President then called for the treasurer’s report.

The treasurer presented a detailed report of revenues and expenses for 2000. A motion was made by Fred Lewis and seconded by Peter Tomaini to accept the report as given. All were in favor except Mike Blaisdell.

OLD BUSINESS

A discussion of the 2000 state shoot ensued with those present lauding Pelham for their efforts in hosting a most enjoyable tournament. The only criticism came with regard to the availability of trap personnel. The club acknowledged the problem and explained the difficulty in getting enough people to man the fields. The club made it known that every effort is made to put the best quality people in the chairs but in this labor market that can be a real challenge. They promised to make every effort to provide good quality people for every shoot.

With Richard Conner moving to California the web site has ceased being updated. Phil Wright expressed his desire to find someone to take over as web master for the site but knew of no one qualified at this time. Phil indicated that he would make every effort to get the site updated while the search for a web master goes forward.
